Our Purpose
The goal of this website is to provide a hub of information about non-pharmaceutical treatment options for patients suffering from Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). Because RLS severity and experience varies greatly from person to person, we aim to provide comprehensive information about available treatment options. We hope patients can try different therapies and find one that works for them. In addition to providing nonpharmaceutical treatment information, we have designed an example of a DIY device that combines multiple of these therapies together. Information about this design as well as a tutorial can be found under the DIY Treatments subpage Combining Treatment Modalities.

Who are we?
We are a group of senior biomedical engineering students from Cornell University. This project began as a senior design challenge in which we were planning to design and build a prototype of a non-pharmaceutical RLS treatment device. Due to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were unable to complete our project as planned. Rather than waste our research and work up to this point, we decided we wanted to create a resource for the RLS community. We hope the information on this site can help people find effective treatments that do not require constant pharmaceuticals. If you want to learn a little more about us, continue on to our team page.
