Assembly Instructions
After acquiring the necessary parts, follow the steps to assemble the syringe pump.
1) Screw in the motor holder block to the base.
2) Assemble the gear motor portion separately by attaching the shaft mounting hub to the D-shaped side of the gear motor. Then, screw the lead screw mounting hub to the shaft mounting hub.
3) Screw in the lead screw to the last mounting hub attached. For ease later on, screw the lead screw through the back syringe holder.
4) Secure the portion created above to the motor holder block with the gear motor holder. The back syringe holder will have to be slide through the L-shaped cut in the base. Screw it flushed to the side with a thicker width.
5) Slide the linear motion shafts through the respective holes in the back syringe holder.
6) Slide in the middle syringe holder and screw it into the base.

7) Slide in the front syringe holder and screw it into the base.

8) Ensure that the syringe pusher is in the syringe and place it in the appropriate slot in the syringe holder components.

9) Connect the gear motor to a 12 V power source.
